Benefit Continuation after Statutory Sick Leave. The Board and teacher shall continue to contribute to their respective shares of the cost of maintaining coverage under BC Medical Services Plan, Extended Health Benefits Plan, BCTF/BCSTA Group Life Insurance Plan, Dental Plan, where applicable, during the period a teacher is on medical leave of absence to a maximum of one year after expiration of statutory sick leave.
