Common use of Benefit Information Clause in Contracts

Benefit Information. (a) All benefits except those provided as a result of the Employment Insurance Rebate shall be considered part of this Agreement. (b) Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties agree that the employee benefits will not change without mutual agreement. (c) Benefits shall be as set forth in an online manual.
