The key elements of this philosophy are summarized below. • The benefit system should be reasonably competitive as compared to other Truck and Component manufacturing organizations. • This degree of competitiveness, however, should also recognize the need for cost constraint and control. • The system should provide a degree of uniformity. • The Company will communicate these restructured plans in order to xxxxxx employee comprehension and appreciation. • The system will encourage employee participation, but not at the expense of unreasonable exposure for the employee.

  • Health Benefit Plan Par. 1. The Health Benefit Plan covering life insurance, sickness and accident benefits, and hospitalization insurance, or any changes thereto that are in accordance with the National Elevator Industry Health Benefit Plan and Declaration of Trust, shall be a part of this Agreement and adopted by all parties signatory thereto.

  • Deferred Compensation Program ‌ Unit members shall continue to be eligible to join the County’s Deferred Compensation Plan. Said employees will be bound by the same Plan, rules and participation agreements as are generally applicable to other County employees. DSA acknowledges that County retains the right to alter, amend, or repeal the current plan, rules, and participation agreements, at any time.   • Extended Health Benefit Plan (a) All regular and probationary employees after three (3) months employment will be covered by a one hundred percent (100%) Extended Health Benefit Plan with the standard $100.00 deductible.   • Same Sex Benefit Coverage An employee who co-habits with a person of the same sex, and who promotes such person as a "spouse" (partner), and who has done so for a period of not less than twelve (12) months, will be eligible to have the person covered as a spouse for purposes of Medical, Extended Health, and Dental benefits.

  • Deferred Compensation Plan Manager shall be eligible to participate in the First Mid-Illinois Bancshares, Inc. Deferred Compensation Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Plan.
