Benefit Programs definition

Benefit Programs or “Program(s)” means the plan of benefits described in the Program brochures, as amended from time to time.
Benefit Programs means all contracts, agreements, arrangements, policies, programs and plans for employee compensation, including bonuses, incentive, retention, reimbursement, health care benefits, disability benefits, deferred compensation benefits, travel benefits, vacation and sick leave benefits, employment agreements, savings, severance benefits, retirement benefits, welfare benefits, relocation programs, life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
Benefit Programs. The proposed changes to the benefits programs involving premium sharing by employees, which will be applicable to all employees of the Company, are subject to union approval. Shift Premiums: All shift premiums previously agreed are hereby repealed. Certification Pay Premiums: Reduce from per month to per month.

Examples of Benefit Programs in a sentence

  • If the specific terms of a court decree state that the parents shall share joint custody, without stating that one of the parents is responsible for the health care expenses of the child, the Benefit Programs covering the child shall follow the order of benefit determination rules outlined in 2 above.

  • Blue Shield and its licensed health care service plan affiliates contract with individuals, associations, employer groups, and governmental entities to provide or to arrange for the provision of covered health care services to Members (as defined herein) enrolled in health plan Benefit Program(s) (as defined herein).

  • Provisions specific to particular Benefit Programs are included in Exhibits to this Agreement.

  • In the event this Benefit Program is a Secondary Program as to one or more other Benefit Programs, the benefits of this Benefit Program may be reduced.

  • This Agreement shall become effective as of the Effective Date; provided, however, that this Agreement shall be implemented, and the Parties shall begin performing obligations under this Agreement only upon the completion of Blue Shield’s credentialing of Provider with respect to at least one of the applicable Benefit Programs identified in Exhibit A of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Benefit Programs

Benefit Programs means all welfare benefit programs and plans maintained by LANS for its employees, former employees, and/or their family members.
Benefit Programs means all welfare benefit programs and plans maintained by Triad for its retirees and/or their family members under the Plan.
Benefit Programs means, collectively, Student Teacher Stipends, Hardship Allowances, TCCTs, and CCTs associated with this Project.
Benefit Programs means (i) all pension, retirement, profit sharing, stock bonus or other similar plans or programs (including an “employee benefit plan” (as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA); (ii) any affirmative action plans or programs; (iii) employment agreements, current and deferred compensation, severance, vacation, stock purchase, stock option, bonus and incentive compensation benefits; and (iv) medical, hospital, life, health, accident, disability, death and other fringe and welfare benefits.
Benefit Programs has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(a)(ii)
Benefit Programs means programs such as group health, dental, life and disability, 401k and similar programs (but excluding bonus plans).
