Benefits for Parenting Leaves. 17.1.1 The services of employees on Parenting Leaves will be considered continuous and the College will continue to pay its share of the following benefits: • Municipal Pension Plan, Article 14.10, subject to the provisions of the Municipal Pension Plan and employees continuing to pay their share; • Medical Services Plan Article 14.12; • Extended Health Benefits Plan Article 14.13; • Dental Plan Article 14.14; • Group Life Insurance, Article 14.16.
