Benefits for Retired Employees. (a) Employees who retire at or after fifty-five (55) years of age and who have at least ten (10) years of continuous service with the University, and who were members of the respective Plans as referred to in Article 18.01 (a) (i), (iv) and (v), shall continue as members of the Plans until death or age sixty-five (65), whichever occurs first, with the premiums paid for wholly by the employer. (b) Employees who retire at or after fifty-five (55) years of age and who have at least ten (10) years of continuous service with the University shall continue to have access to the University library and athletic facilities on the same basis as Bargaining Unit members.
