Accounts that are eligible for Online Banking include personal checking and savings accounts maintained at Institution. Types of accounts that qualify as eligible accounts may change from time to time, at the Institution’s sole and absolute discretion. A current listing of eligible accounts can be obtained from Institution. Online Banking can be used to conduct any of the following “On-line Financial Services”: • Obtain balances and transaction histories on all eligible accounts enrolled in Online Banking. All account balances and transaction histories are intended to reflect real-time activity; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information presented. The accuracy of such information is sometimes subject to transmission of data from third parties. Such material is presented for informational purposes only and is not to be considered as official bank records and they are not a replacement of your bank statements. We make no warranties that the information presented for viewing on the Online Banking service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. • Transfer money between eligible accounts. The number of transfers you can make from an account is limited as described in the applicable account agreement. In addition, if a hold is placed on any funds deposited in an eligible account, you may not transfer the portion of funds being held until that hold expires. • Transfer money to pay Institution for overdraft protection, consumer loans, home equity loans, or certain other eligible loans, as determined by the Institution from time to time. • Pay bills to any merchant, financial institution or an individual with a U.S. address; provided, however, that the following payment types may not be made through Online Banking: tax payments, court ordered payments, and payment to payees outside the United States. This service is referred to in this Agreement as the “Online Bill Payment” or “Bill Payment” service. Institution may, from time to time, introduce additional On-line Financial Services. By using those services when they become available, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Agreement, and its subsequent amendments.

By using those services when they become available, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Agreement, and its subsequent amendments.

  • Online Banking If Online Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Online Banking to:

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Financial, Accounting, and Administrative Services The Manager shall maintain the existence and records of the Corporation; maintain the registrations and qualifications of Fund Shares under federal and state law; monitor the financial, accounting, and administrative functions of the Fund; maintain liaison with the various agents employed by the Corporation (including the Corporation’s transfer agent, custodian, independent accountants and legal counsel) and assist in the coordination of their activities on behalf of the Fund.

  • FUND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following fund administration services for each Fund, Series and class:  Calculate Fund approved income and per share amounts required for periodic distributions to be made by the applicable Fund, Series or class;  Coordinate a Fund’s annual audit and respond timely and completely to related requests;  Cooperate with each Fund’s independent auditors;  Supply various normal and customary portfolio and Fund statistical data as requested on an ongoing basis; and  If the chief executive officer or chief financial officer of a Fund is required to provide a certification as part of the Fund’s Form N-Q or Form N-CSR filing pursuant to regulations promulgated by the SEC under Section 302 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, provide a sub-certification in support of certain matters set forth in the aforementioned certification. Such sub-certification is to be in such form and relating to such matters as reasonably agreed to by BNY Mellon in advance. BNY Mellon shall be required to provide the sub-certification only during the term of this Agreement with respect to the applicable Fund or Series and only if it receives such cooperation as it may request to perform its investigations with respect to the sub-certification. For clarity, the sub-certification is not itself a certification under the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 or under any other law, rule or regulation. BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Fund Accounting Services (a) BNY, in performing the services required of it under the terms of this Agreement, shall be entitled to rely fully on the accuracy and validity of any and all instructions, explanations, information, specifications and documentation furnished to it by a Fund and shall have no duty or obligation to review the accuracy, validity or propriety of such instructions, explanations, information, specifications or documentation, including, without limitation, evaluations of securities; the amounts or formula for calculating the amounts and times of accrual of Fund's liabilities and expenses; the amounts receivable and the amounts payable on the sale or purchase of securities; and amounts receivable or amounts payable for the sale or redemption of Fund shares effected by or on behalf of the Fund. In the event BNY's computations hereunder rely, in whole or in part, upon information, including, without limitation, bid, offer or market values of securities or other assets, or accruals of interest or earnings thereon, from a pricing or similar service utilized, or subscribed to, by BNY which BNY in its judgment deems reliable, or any other third party pricing source designated by the Trust, BNY shall not be responsible for, under any duty to inquire into, or deemed to make any assurances with respect to, the accuracy or completeness of such information. BNY shall not be required to inquire into any valuation of securities or other assets by the Fund or any third party described in this Section, even though BNY in performing services similar to the services provided pursuant to this Agreement for others may receive different valuations of the same or different securities of the same issuers. (b) Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the direction and approval of the Trust's Board, BNY shall perform the computations described in Schedule II at such times and dates and in the manner specified or described in the then-current prospectus(es) of a Fund. To the extent valuation of securities or a computation specified or described in a Fund's Pricing Procedures or then-current effective prospectus(es) is at any time inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations, the Trust or BAAI shall immediately so notify BNY in writing and thereafter shall furnish BNY at all appropriate times with the values of such securities and such Fund's net asset value or other amounts otherwise to be calculated by BNY, or, subject to the prior approval of BNY, instruct BNY in writing to value securities and make such computations in a manner which the Trust or BAAI then represents in writing to be consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. The Trust or BAAI may also from time to time, subject to the prior approval of BNY, instruct BNY in writing to make computations other than as specified in this Section of this Agreement. By giving such instruction, the Trust or BAAI shall be deemed to have represented that such instruction is consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and the then-current effective prospectus(es) of the particular Fund. The Trust or BAAI shall have sole responsibility for determining the method of valuation of securities and the method of computations, and all computations, valuation of securities and the method of computing each Fund's net asset value shall be subject to approval by the Trust and BAAI. BNY shall not be liable for relying on any price provided by any pricing service believed by BNY to be reliable, and the Trust or BAAI shall furnish values when the same are not available from a pricing service utilized by BNY, with such furnishing to constitute an instruction to BNY to rely on the provided values. (c) BNY shall be responsible for determining and properly reflecting in the computations made by it under this Agreement: (i) the taxable nature of any distribution or amount received or deemed received by, or payable to, a Fund; (ii) the taxable nature or effect on a Fund or its shareholders of any corporate actions, class actions, tax reclaims, tax refunds, or similar events; (iii) the taxable nature or taxable amount of any distribution or dividend paid, payable or deemed paid, by a Fund to its shareholders; (iv) the effect under any federal, state, or foreign income tax laws of a Fund making or not making any distribution or dividend payment, or any election with respect thereto; or (v) any tax accounting; provided, however, that if BNY is not certain of the taxable nature, amount or effect of any such item, it may seek instructions regarding the proper treatment of such item from the Trust or BAAI in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 1(e), above, and shall have no liability for acting in reliance on such instructions.

  • Financial Services Compensation Scheme We are a participant in the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (the “FSCS”). As a retail client you may be eligible to claim compensation from the FSCS in certain circumstances if we, any approved bank, our nominee company or eligible custodian are in default. Most types of investment business are covered in full for the first £85,000 of any eligible claim. Not every investor is eligible to claim under this scheme: for further information please contact us, or the FSCS directly at xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx.

  • Fund Administration Treasury Services Prepare for the review by designated officer(s) of the Trusts’ financial information that will be included in the Trusts’ semi-annual and annual shareholder reports (which shall also be subject to review by the Trusts’ legal counsel), and other quarterly reports (as mutually agreed upon), including tax footnote disclosures where applicable;

  • Portfolio Accounting Services (1) Maintain portfolio records on a trade date+1 basis using security trade information communicated from the Fund’s investment adviser. (2) For each valuation date, obtain prices from a pricing source approved by the board of trustees of the Trust (the “Board of Trustees”) and apply those prices to the portfolio positions. For those securities where market quotations are not readily available, the Board of Trustees shall approve, in good faith, procedures for determining the fair value for such securities. (3) Identify interest and dividend accrual balances as of each valuation date and calculate gross earnings on investments for each accounting period. (4) Determine gain/loss on security sales and identify them as short-term or long-term; account for periodic distributions of gains or losses to shareholders and maintain undistributed gain or loss balances as of each valuation date. (5) On a daily basis, reconcile cash of the Fund with the Fund’s custodian. (6) Transmit a copy of the portfolio valuation to the Fund’s investment adviser daily. (7) Review the impact of current day’s activity on a per share basis, and review changes in market value.

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status.
