Beneflex Program. The EMPLOYER’S Beneflex Program is a matter of City policy and is not a part of this Agreement, nor shall any benefits provided under the Beneflex Program be otherwise provided for within this Agreement. Any matter, any issue, or any question concerning the content or the administration of the City’s Beneflex Plan remains within the sole discretion of the City and any review or resolution of those matters will be accomplished through the applicable City procedures and forums.
