Polygraph Operator. The EMPLOYER shall provide up to $142.50 per fiscal year to an active and trained polygraph operator as reimbursement for purchases of clothing used while conducting polygraph examinations. This section only applies for employees who do not otherwise qualify for a clothing allowance under this article.
