Betterment Securities, its agents, service providers, or its affiliates acting on behalf of Betterment Securities under the Brokerage Agreement are authorized to perform the services contemplated by the Brokerage Agreement. For purposes of this Advisory Agreement or the Brokerage Agreement, references to affiliates of Betterment Securities include their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns. Betterment Trading Hours. Time periods between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time during Market Hours.
