Lump Sum Price. For definable work product(s) or deliverable(s) whose value can be expressed as a single price inclusive of all production costs [labor, materials and purchased service costs, allowable overhead and profit]. CONSULTANT agrees to bear all the risks in producing the work product or deliverable at the agreed upon price. Because of the presumed certainty of contract task or item performance that qualifies a contract task or item as a Lump Sum price no adjustments to contract price will be permitted under this contract. For fixed price contracts no change in quantities for any Lump Sum task(s) or item(s) under this contract will be permitted. Payment of total contract price will be made upon satisfactory performance, delivery and final acceptance of contract task(s) or item(s).
Lump Sum Price. For tasks with a definable work product and the quantity required is certain and the contractor assumes the risk for all costs: a lump sum price. Each invoice submitted shall identify the specific contract task(s) listed in as listed in Part III and the completed work product/deliverable for the agreed upon price and quantity listed in Part III Payment Schedule.
Lump Sum Price. CM shall guarantee the Contract Amount for the Project not to exceed the Lump Sum, as set forth in the Agreement. Fully Complete shall mean to undertake all of the Work necessary to fully construct and complete the Project and execute all tasks necessary to obtain the final Certificate of Occupancy for the Project from the District of Columbia; submit final lien releases from the Contractor and Subcontractors and material suppliers; complete all punch list items to the Department’s approval and sign-off; and cause all representations, warranties and guarantees to be honored and otherwise fulfill all of the requirements set forth in the Contract. Offerors are required to provide an Initial Lump Sum Price for the Project. The Initial Lump Sum Price shall include sufficient funds to cover all the expenses necessary to complete the Project based on the Drawings and Specifications, including, but not limited to, profit, home and field office overhead, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, bonds, insurance and other services that may be required to obtain the necessary permits, and construct the work, including any preconstruction services identified herein. The Initial Lump Sum Price should also include sufficient funding to fund items that are not specifically identified on the Drawings and Specifications but which are reasonably inferable therefrom.
