Lump Sum Price Sample Clauses

Lump Sum Price. The Contractor shall be paid a lump sum price of $ .00 (such amount, the “Lump Sum Price”) to Fully Complete the Project (CLIN001).
Lump Sum Price. For definable work product(s) or deliverable(s) whose value can be expressed as a single price inclusive of all production costs [labor, materials and purchased service costs, allowable overhead and profit]. CONSULTANT agrees to bear all the risks in producing the work product or deliverable at the agreed upon price. Because of the presumed certainty of contract task or item performance that qualifies a contract task or item as a Lump Sum price no adjustments to contract price will be permitted under this contract. For fixed price contracts no change in quantities for any Lump Sum task(s) or item(s) under this contract will be permitted. Payment of total contract price will be made upon satisfactory performance, delivery and final acceptance of contract task(s) or item(s).
Lump Sum Price. The proposal is a lump-sum price to perform the proposed scope of work. Monthly invoices will be submitted based on percentage of progress toward completion occurring in each billing period.
Lump Sum Price. For tasks with a definable work product and the quantity required is certain and the contractor assumes the risk for all costs: a lump sum price. Each invoice submitted shall identify the specific contract task(s) listed in as listed in Part III and the completed work product/deliverable for the agreed upon price and quantity listed in Part III Payment Schedule.
Lump Sum Price. CM shall guarantee the Contract Amount for the Project not to exceed the Lump Sum, as set forth in the Agreement. CM shall support the Lump Sum by a line item cost breakdown for each trade contractor, including contingency on overall cost of the Work, and based on multiple trade contractor bids for each trade contract obtained as provided in the Contract General Conditions and these Supplementary General Conditions. The Lump Sum shall be subject to additions and deductions by change order as provided in Article 6, Change Orders. If the cost of the Work, together with CM’s fee, exceeds the Lump Sum, adjusted from time to time by change order, CM shall pay the overrun without reimbursement by the Trustees. If the actual cost of the Work, plus CM’s fee, is less than the Lump Sum, as adjusted from time to time by change order, then CM shall retain the difference.

Lump Sum Price. As consideration in full for the Works to be executed and all obligations of Contractor under this Agreement Company shall pay to Contractor a fixed lump sum (Pauschalfestpreis) of Euro 380,500,000.00 plus VAT as applicable from time to time. The lump sum price shall be fixed up to and including final acceptance of the entirety of Works (Der Pauschalfestpreis gilt bis einschließlich der Schlußabnahme der Gesamtleistung). The parties acknowledge and confirm that the payments to be rendered under the letter of intent of May 16, 2003 as amended under the letters of August 13, 2003 and November 3, 2003 shall form part of the aforementioned lump sum and no additional remuneration shall be paid for these works and services which shall form part of the Works.
Lump Sum Price. For the work covered by any given Task Order, the Contractor shall be paid the Lump Sum Price set forth in the Task Order to Fully Complete the Project.
Lump Sum Price. Owner agrees to pay Contractor the lump sum of Ten Million One Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Dollars ($10,132,000.00) for design, engineering, and construction of the Project including Contractor's overhead and profit, which sum shall be called the Contract Price.
