BFPC Oral Interviews. The oral interview shall be conducted by the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners together with an outside independent chief participating. The Union shall receive notification and have discussion with the City concerning the selection of the outside chief. There shall be no communications between members of the BFPC and the outside chief with members of the Department concerning candidates. Disciplinary history shall not be part of the oral interview process.
