ORAL PRESENTATIONS/INTERVIEWS. In connection with any SOW RFP, Contractor and proposed employees, independent contractors or agents of Contractor may be required to make an oral presentation to State or Agency representatives. Significant representations made by a Contractor during the oral presentation shall be submitted in writing. All material representations acceptable to the State shall be incorporated in any applicable SOW Agreement. The Agency will notify Contractor of the time and place of oral presentations.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS/INTERVIEWS. The Contracting Agency will conduct a pre-bid conference call on (Replace with Date and Time) to answer any questions potential bidders may have. The call in number will be (Replace with Phone Number). [If no call will be held, delete this section.] Prior to making a final selection, the Contracting Agency will determine whether to conduct oral presentations.   • REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANNUAL CONFERENCE The Annual Conference represents and warrants to the Local Church as of the date hereof and the Disaffiliation Date as follows:

  • Presentations In the event the Prime is afforded the opportunity to make presentations, whether orally or in writing, to potential customers concerning the Procurement, the content of such presentations may, at the Prime’s discretion, be made known to the Subcontractor, subject to any prohibitions or restrictions that may be imposed by the Government upon such disclosure. The Subcontractor agrees to support such presentations, as may be requested by the Prime, to the extent such presentations relate to the Subcontractor’s area of work as defined in Exhibit A.

  • Written Examination The content of any written examination will be scaled appropriately to the level of the position being considered. All written tests will be structured and administered to each given rank level. Written tests will be designated a general knowledge level or standards designated where rank and position warrant specialization. The Sheriff will determine where general or specialized standard testing is warranted. Personnel will be advised well in advance of testing as to the nature of the test to be administered. The Sheriff shall prepare the written examination or secure it from a professional testing agency.

  • Interviews An applicant for a posted position with the Employer who is not on a leave of absence without pay and who has been called for an interview shall suffer no loss of basic earnings to attend. Should an employee require a leave of absence from duties for the interview, their supervisor shall be notified as soon as the requirement to appear for an interview is made known.

  • BUYER’S WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND COVENANTS Buyer: (i) if an entity, is a lawfully constituted entity, duly organized, validly existing, and in good standing under the laws of the State of Governing Law or another state; (ii) has the authority and power to enter into this Agreement and to consummate the transactions contemplated herein; and (iii) upon execution hereof will be legally obligated to Seller in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
