BICYCLE RIDERS Sample Clauses

The 'BICYCLE RIDERS' clause sets out the rules and responsibilities for individuals operating bicycles within a particular context, such as on certain premises or during an event. It typically outlines requirements for safety equipment, adherence to traffic regulations, and conduct while riding, and may specify areas where bicycles are permitted or prohibited. By clearly defining expectations for bicycle riders, this clause helps ensure safety, minimize accidents, and clarify liability in case of incidents involving bicycles.
