Common use of Bilingual Status Clause in Contracts

Bilingual Status. Bilingual status shall only be for designated positions where the incumbent serves as a bilingual interpreter on an on-call basis for one or more Departments. The final decision as to the designation of bilingual status will be made by the Human Resources Manager. Bilingual Status pay will be at the rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per pay period.
