Block 1 Water Sample Clauses

Block 1 Water. If sufficient alternative funding is not available to pay for the portion of the capital costs of a project required to make Block 1 water available from a project, the Parties will make their best efforts to obtain reasonably equivalent sources of alternative public or private financing for that project for the term of the Short-Term Project Implementation Agreement. If approved by the Upstream Water User sponsoring that project, Reclamation, DWR and/or Downstream Water Users may provide their own funds to make up for any deficiency in funds; provided that those funds will be fully repaid, including interest, as a credit against the payments required in Article 16.5.5 or pursuant to other repayment provisions specified in the Short-Term Project Implementation Agreement. If reasonably equivalent alternative financing for the term of the Short-Term Implementation Agreement is not available for any specific project, or Reclamation, DWR or the Downstream Water Users do not provide funds in accordance with this article 16.5.2.2 for any specific project, the Upstream Water User(s) sponsoring that project, in its discretion, will not be obligated to proceed with that project.

Block 1 Water. The City shall pay the District for the Block 1 Water in quarterly installments, assessed on January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15 of the calendar year in which the District Water is supplied.
Block 1 Water. The City shall pay the District’s current wholesale price per acre-foot for the District Water, as set by the District’s Board of Directors for the District’s wholesale water customers (the “Wholesale Rate”). Beginning on the Effective Date and for the term of this Agreement, the City shall pay to the District the Wholesale Rate for the Block 1 Water. The amount due for the Block 1 Water shall be calculated on the Effective Date until January 2 for the first year of this Agreement and recalculated on January 2 of each subsequent year this Agreement is in effect, prorated for partial calendar years.

  • Potable Water Contractor shall provide potable water and ice for the Stage 2 Site use, and ensure that a safe and plentiful supply of potable water and ice is available for all activities on the Stage 2 Site until Substantial Completion of Subproject 3. The water and ice for human consumption shall be of suitable quality.

  • One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from PCS to Verizon, PCS, at PCS’s own expense, shall:

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Energy Resource Interconnection Service (ER Interconnection Service).

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and VarTec, VarTec shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks and the Entrance Facility, on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.

  • Water Supply The system may or may not meet state and local requirements. It is the right and responsibility of Buyer to determine the compliance of the system with state and local requirements.   • STS-1 Loop STS-1 Loop is a high-capacity digital transmission path with SONET VT1.5 mapping that is dedicated for the use of the ordering customer for the purpose of provisioning local exchange and associated exchange access services. It is a two-point digital transmission path which provides for simultaneous two-way transmission of serial bipolar return-to-zero synchronous digital electrical signals at a transmission rate of 51.84 Mbps. It may provide transport for twenty-eight (28) DS1 channels, each of which provides the digital equivalent of twenty-four (24) analog voice grade channels. The interface to unbundled dedicated STS-1 transport is a metallic-based electrical interface.

  • COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2020-21, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2022-23 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2022, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
