Board Furnished Information. The Board agrees to make available to the Union, in response to reasonable requests for available information concerning the financial resources of the District, and such other public information as will assist the Union in developing intelligent, accurate, informed and constructive programs or as the state and/or federal laws require. Such information shall be furnished in the methods stipulated in Board policy.
