Board Material. The 3 packets of Board Material, including the Demand Registers, provided to the Union shall be available for the Union at the same time as they are available for the Board members. The District will notify a designated Union representative when the Board Material is available and answer any reasonable questions regarding that Material.

Board Material. The Association shall be provided one (1) set of all public documents provided members of the Board for each Board meeting after board material has been approved.   • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").
