Board Meeting Agenda Distribution. The Board shall furnish the Union President with a copy of the Board meeting agenda in advance of each regular or special Board meeting and notification in advance of a study session of the Board. A copy of the minutes of the immediate past meeting will be furnished to the Union President by noon on the second working day after these minutes have been officially approved by the Board.
