Board Member Training. Within 150 days after the Effective Date, GSK shall provide at least two hours of training to each member of the Board of Directors, in addition to the General Training. This training shall address the responsibilities of board members and corporate governance. New members of the Board of Directors shall receive the Board Member Training described above within 30 days after becoming a board member or within 120 days after the Effective Date, whichever is later.
