Common use of Board Member Training Clause in Contracts

Board Member Training. Within 120 days after the Effective Date, Ensign Group shall provide at least two hours of training to each member of the Board of Directors, in addition to the General Training. This training shall address the responsibilities of board members and corporate governance. New members of the Board of Directors shall receive the Board Member Training described above within 90 days after becoming a member or within 120 days after the Effective Date, whichever is later.
