BOARD OF EDUCATION RIGHTS. 4.01 There is reserved exclusively by the Board all the responsibilities, powers, rights rights, and authority vested in it by the laws and the Constitution of the State constitution of Michigan and of the United States, or which have been heretofore properly exercised by it, except where expressly and in specific terms limited by the provisions of the Agreement. The Board retains the right, among others to establish and equitably enforce reasonable rules and personnel policies relating to the duties and responsibilities of teachers and their working conditions which are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Agreement, and/or are not violative of the law.
