Common use of Board of Reference Clause in Contracts

Board of Reference. (1) The Commission hereby appoints for the purposes of this Agreement, a Board of Reference consisting of a Chairman and two other members who shall be appointed pursuant to section 48 of the Industrial Arbitration Xxx 0000. (2) The Board of Reference is hereby assigned the function of determining any dispute between the parties in relation to any matter which, under this Agreement, may be allowed, approved, fixed, determined or dealt with by a Board of Reference.
