Board of Reference. (1) There shall be a Board of Reference consisting of a Chairman and an equal number of employers' and employees' members who shall be appointed pursuant to section 48 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 and Regulation 16 of the Industrial Relations Commission Regulations 1985. (2) The Board of Reference is hereby assigned the function of determining any dispute between the parties in relation to any matter which under this Award may be allowed, approved, fixed, determined or dealt with by a Board of Reference.
