Common use of Board of Review Clause in Contracts

Board of Review. The Board of Review shall be composed of a chairman and two (2) members. The Union and the District shall each appoint one member, who shall be an employee or an administrator of the District, to serve on the Board of Review, provided, however, that no employee may be selected by any grievant to serve on a Board of Review more than twice in any calendar year.
