Common use of Board of Review Clause in Contracts

Board of Review. All time spent in attendance at Board of Review meetings by off-duty officers elected by the Association to serve as members of such boards shall be considered time worked, and shall be compensated in accordance with Section 19 of this Understanding.

Board of Review. All time spent in attendance at Board of Review meetings by off-duty officers elected by and Police Review Commission meetings, interviews, and hearings as an official representative of the Association to serve as members of such boards by appointed Association officers shall be considered time worked, and shall be compensated in accordance with Section 19 of this UnderstandingMOU. The compensable time outside of an employee’s regularly schedule shall be limited to one person.
