Board Officers and Committees. 1. The officers of CES shall be a President, a President Elect, a Secretary, and a Treasurer. The Board of Directors may elect or appoint such other officers as it shall deem desirable. Such officers shall have the authority to perform the duties prescribed, from time-to-time, by the Board of Directors. Any two or more offices may be held by the same person except the offices of President and Secretary. All officers of CES must be actively serving superintendents in a New Mexico K-12 public educational institution.
