BOARD PREROGATIVES. The Board of Education has and will continue to retain, whether exercised or not, all of the powers specified in Conn. Gen. Stat. §10-220, which is incorporated herein by reference, and has and will continue to retain exclusively whether exercised or not, all of the rights, powers and authority not specifically relinquished, abridged, or limited by the provisions of this agreement; it shall have the sole right, responsibility and prerogative of management of all of the affairs of the schools and the direction of the working forces including but not limited to the following:
