Board Reprisals. The Board hereby terminates with prejudice all legal and court actions against the TEA, AEA, or NEA associated with the strike against the District October 2-6, 1978. Neither the Board nor its supervisory employees shall engage in any reprisals against the TEA, AEA, NEA and persons involved in the controversy by reason of any strike action before October 8, 1978.
