PHYSICAL TRAINING. Section 28.1: All officers covered under this Agreement will have access and free use of the City parks during the time in which such facilities are open to the public.

PHYSICAL TRAINING. 40.1. The DISTRICT shall allow EMPLOYEES up to one and one half (11/2) hours each day for exercise including travel time and clean up.
PHYSICAL TRAINING. ‌ The physical training /workout period for shift personnel shall be permitted for the purpose of physical training one (1) hour of “P.T.” followed by a reasonable period of time to shower and dress. Schedule permitting with permission of the company officer, “P.T.” may be conducted during the normal workday when other work duties are otherwise addressed during the duty day.

This includes its owners, instructors, participants, building owners, employees, promoters, operators, representatives, successors, sponsors and/or assignee sponsors individually or otherwise for any and all damages that which may be sustained or suffered by You in connection with the Site or the participation in a program.

  • General Training 417. The City will use its best efforts to provide Local 21 represented employees with up to forty (40) hours of paid time off for job-related training and/or professional development, which shall include one day of professional development of an employee’s choice, not to be unreasonably denied. Such time may include departmental-sponsored training and/or professional development; DHR sponsored training and/or professional development; and/or outside training and/or professional development approved by appointing officer or designee. The foregoing includes but is not limited to mandatory continuing education and/or training requirements.

  • Job Training The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes:

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff.

  • Supervisor Training Topics include:

  • Additional Training Should the introduction of new methods of operation create a need for the perfection or acquisition of skills requiring a training period longer than one (1) year, the additional training time shall be a subject for discussion between the Board and the Union.

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.
