Bond Counsel Opinion. For purposes of this Article, “bond counsel opinion” means an opinion letter of a firm of attorneys of national reputation experienced in the field of municipal bonds whose opinions are generally accepted by purchasers of municipal bonds, and who is acceptable to the Authority.
Bond Counsel Opinion. The approving opinion relating to the Bonds of Bond Counsel to the Successor Agency, dated the date of the Closing and substantially in the form included as Appendix [B] to the Official Statement;
Bond Counsel Opinion. No arrangement made in connection therewith shall become effective until IPA’s bond counsel shall have rendered an opinion that such agreement or arrangement is in compliance with applicable IPA agreements entered into in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Contract.
Bond Counsel Opinion. Opinion of nationally-recognized bond counsel selected by the City (“Bond Counsel”) this Lease will not impair the tax-exempt status of the Current Bonds.
Bond Counsel Opinion. The opinion of Bond Counsel, dated the Closing Date, in substantially the form included in the Official Statement as Appendix F, addressed to the Authority (together with a reliance letter addressed to the Underwriter).
Bond Counsel Opinion. As a precondition to the execution and delivery of any Supplemental Indenture hereunder there shall be delivered to the Authority, the Trustee, the Borrower and the Letter of Credit Issuer an opinion of Bond Counsel stating that such Supplemental Indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture and the Act, complies with their respective terms, will be valid and binding upon the Authority in accordance with its terms and will not adversely affect exclusion from gross income of interest on the Bonds for Federal income tax purposes.
Bond Counsel Opinion. The unconditional approving opinion of Bond Counsel, dated the Closing Date, addressed to the City, the Bond Trustee, and the Purchaser relating to the due authorization, execution and delivery of the Series 2010 Bonds, and the supplemental opinion of Bond Counsel, each in form and substance acceptable to the City and the Purchaser.
Bond Counsel Opinion. An opinion of Bond Counsel, substantially in the form of the opinion attached to the Official Statement.
Bond Counsel Opinion. An unqualified approving opinion for the Bonds, dated the Closing Date and addressed to the City, of Bond Counsel in substantially the form included as Appendix E to the Official Statement, together with a letter of Bond Counsel, dated the Closing Date and addressed to the Underwriter, to the effect that such opinion addressed to the City may be relied upon by the Underwriter to the same extent as if such opinion was addressed to it;
Bond Counsel Opinion. The Lender shall have received an opinion of Squire Xxxxxx Xxxxx (US) LLP, Bond Counsel, addressed to the Lender and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lender and its counsel as to such matters as the Lender may reasonably request.
