Bonding Requirement for Operator. The Leased Employees and all employees of Operator who handle or are responsible for the safekeeping of any monies of the Authority are to be covered under the State of North Carolina Master Honesty Bond or its equivalent insuring against employee dishonesty, including theft of client property with limits of $3,000,000 per occurrence. Operator shall timely deliver copies of such bonds to the Authority and the Trustee, and any amounts recoverable with respect to such bonds in connection with the Ferry System Operations shall be received and held in trust by Operator and promptly delivered to the Trustee for application in accordance with the Indenture.
