BONUS SICK LEAVE ENTITLEMENT FOR LONG SERVICE EMPLOYEES. Effective April 1, 2006, the eEmployer agrees to establish a bonus bank of thirty-five (35) hours annually. This bank will be available to regular employees who have reached twenty (20) years of continuous service or more and have eight hundred and forty (840) hours entitlement under Article 19.

19.01. Once an employee becomes entitled to this bank their entitlement will continue for the duration of their continuous service. Hours in this bank are not eligible for the payout under Article 19.
