Bonuses/Profit Sharing. The Company shall, to the extent earned under current bonus plans, (a) pay Xx. Xxxxxx on or before November 30, 2004 an amount not to exceed $15,000 for bonuses earned by Xx. Xxxxxx for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2004, and (b) shall make contributions under the Company’s profit sharing plan for the period ended September 30, 2004 at the same time it makes contributions for other employees.

Bonuses/Profit Sharing. Provider agrees to identify and provide full and complete descriptions of any potential bonus, profit- sharing, or other compensation not directly related to costs of providing goods and services to Purchaser. Provider will provide Purchaser supporting information including, but not limited to, clearly defined parameters of the compensation structure, the potential magnitude, and the expected magnitude during the subcontract period. Provider shall also ensure that a maximum dollar amount is specified for such bonus, profit-sharing, or other compensation potentially available during the subcontract period. Upon identification and receipt of information on Provider’s bonus, profit-sharing, or other compensation structure, Purchaser will evaluate and determine the compensation to be reasonable or not reasonable. Purchaser will document reasonableness, or will disallow and eliminate from reimbursement any program deemed unreasonable.

  • Long-Term Incentive Compensation Subject to the Executive’s continued employment hereunder, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in any equity incentive plan for executives of the Firm as may be in effect from time to time, in accordance with the terms of any such plan.
