BOOTH ASSIGNMENTSS. pace assignments will be made only after receipt from Exhibitor of this Contract and applicable booth fees. After assignment, space location may not be changed, transferred, or canceled by Exhibitor except upon written request and with the subsequent written approval of Show Management. Notwithstanding the above, Show Management reserves the right to change location assignments at any time, as it may, in its sole discretion, deem necessary.
