Exhibitor Representatives. The Exhibitors must insure that representatives working in their booth are aware of all terms, conditions and rules pertaining to the exhibition.

Exhibitor Representatives. All Exhibitor employees, as well as authorized representatives, guests, speakers, and agents, who access the Exhibition via credentials provided by Management to Exhibitor or are onsite at the Exhibition (each an “Exhibitor Representative” and collectively the “Exhibitor Representatives”) must be 18 years of age or older and, by participating in the Exhibition, all Exhibitor Representatives acknowledge and agree that they shall be bound by the Exhibition attendee terms and conditions, terms of service, and/or codes of conduct, each as made available on the official Exhibition website and as may be updated from time to time. Management will have no responsibility for supervision or control over any Exhibitor Representatives in connection with the Exhibition. Management will have no obligation or responsibility for workers compensation, taxes or withholding, benefits or insurance for Exhibitor Representatives. Management may, in its sole discretion, limit the number of Exhibitor Representatives in the Exhibit Space or accessing the Platform at any time. Exhibitor Representatives shall at all times wear appropriate identification furnished by Management. Exhibitor acknowledges that it shall require Exhibitor Representatives to dress and conduct themselves in an appropriate and professional manner. Management reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the behavior, character, or attire of any Exhibitor Representative is acceptable. Exhibitor Representatives must staff the Exhibit Space during all hours the Exhibition is open. Management may use tents and/or temporary exhibition facilities, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion. For live Exhibitions, no one under the age of 18 shall be allowed on the Exhibition floor during set-up or move out.
Exhibitor Representatives. Please ensure that representatives working in the booth are aware of all terms, conditions, and rules pertaining to the exhibition. While on the exhibit floor representatives must wear official conference nametags.
Exhibitor Representatives. Each person assigned to staff exhibit booths must wear the conference exhibitor Identification. Each exhibitor is entitled to four free personnel identification badges per booth. NOTE: Exhibitor badges do not constitute conference registration, and do not permit access by exhibit personnel to conference events or workshops. Installation and Dismantling of Exhibits All construction (set-up) and dismantling (breakdown) of exhibits must be carried out during the times stipulated in the exhibition dates and hours section. No exhibit may be erected after the exhibition opens or dismantled before the official breakdown time. Exhibit should be constructed and arranged so that they do not obstruct the general view, or detract from the exhibits of others (i.e. flashing lights, loud noise or music, swirling objects). DSA reserves the right to determine the Insurance and Security DSA will provide peripheral security in the exhibit hall during the move-in and breakdown as well as closed hours of the exhibition. DSA and its subcontractors cannot accept any responsibility for the protection of exhibitor’s materials and displays during the conference. Exhibitors are expected to carry all risk insurance on their exhibits, utilize lock boxes, and/or arrange for their own security in their booths, as appropriate, at their own expense. Interpreting Services Exhibitors are responsible for their interpreting needs. Those who require interpreters can make arrangements through DSA’s conference interpreter services. Interpreters shall be counted in the four free personnel identification badges provided. Please check the appropriate box on the Exhibition Agreement and Contract.
