BOOTH RENTAL. Rental fees cover space(s) inside the Halifax Convention Centre. Any requirements for additional space must be cleared with Expo management and a fee will be charged to cover such space(s).

BOOTH RENTAL. All booth fees are due with signed contract. If the total booth rental fee is not paid, RED POTATO MARKET may, at its option, cancel the Contract and DEALER will forfeit all paid fees and rentals.
BOOTH RENTAL. Standard booths are 8 ft deep, 10 ft wide. Corner booths are con- sidered premium locations, and there is a $100 additional cost for each. Back wall drape is 8 ft tall by 10 ft wide. Included in each booth is one six foot skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket. The exhibit hall is carpeted. Fern is the official drayage and decorating company. Multiple booth configurations are single rate times the equivalent number of booths. Larger size booth configu- rations, including islands, will be charged on a rate per square foot basis. In order to facilitate traffic flow, some sections are reserved for single booths only.
BOOTH RENTAL. The booth rental fee varies based on the size of the booth the vendor selects. The booth types, and locations, are listed below. Rental fees are due at the time of selection and are paid through the XxxxxXxx.Xxxxxx (TTE) system.
