Borrower Note. Upon the request of the Administrative Agent, such New Fund Group Borrower, AIV Borrower or Parallel Fund Borrower, as applicable, shall execute and deliver a promissory note, in the form of Exhibit B;

Borrower Note. With respect to the first Advance under the Loan Facility after the Effective Date, Borrowers shall have delivered to each Lender, if requested, a Borrower Note in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

Borrower Note. The Promissory Note (Multifamily Housing Back to Back Loan Program) dated as of the Contract Date from Borrower, as maker, in favor of Governmental Lender, in the original principal amount of the Borrower Loan.

Borrower Note. Include the following for Certificate delivered at any time that any Term Loan is outstanding: The Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries [are/are not] in compliance with each of the applicable financial covenants contained in Article VI of the Credit Agreement for the relevant periods;]
Borrower Note. To the extent such additional Fund Party is a Borrower, upon the request of the Administrative Agent, such Borrower shall execute and deliver a promissory note, in the form of Exhibit B;
