BPA MANAGEMENT AND OVERSIGHT. 1. The Contractor must provide centralized administration, in the form of a Program Manager, in support of all work performed under this BPA. The Program Manager, at a minimum, is required to participate in periodic program management reviews (which may require travel to a Government named site). Additional functions would include customer service, periodic program management reviews, invoicing, payment and submission of monthly and quarterly reports.
