Breaks and Lunch. An Employee shall be entitled to a break in the morning and afternoon, which shall not exceed ten (10) minutes from the time the Employee stops work until work resumes. The breaks shall be restricted to close proximity to the Employee's place of work on the job site, and they shall not hinder the progress of work.
