Breaks / Smoking on School Grounds. A. Employees working a scheduled day of seven (7) or more hours shall be provided two (2) fifteen-minute breaks, one of which shall occur during the first half and one of which shall occur during the last half of the work day. Employees working a scheduled day of four (4) or more hours shall be provided one (1) fifteen-minute break. The break(s) may be scheduled by the responsible supervisor and may not be used to adjust the employee’s scheduled workday. For food service personnel, the breaks provided in this provision shall be fifteen-minute breaks. B. Any policy regarding smoking adopted by the Board of Education shall be applied uniformly to all CPS employees.

  • Convicted, Discriminatory, Antitrust Violator, and Suspended Vendor Lists In accordance with sections 287.133, 287.134, and 287.137, F.S., the Contractor is hereby informed of the provisions of sections 287.133(2)(a), 287.134(2)(a), and 287.137(2)(a), F.S.
