Breaks – Timing. a. Unless mutually agreed upon by the employee and the supervisor, breaks shall not be scheduled for at least thirty (30) minutes after the start of the employee’s scheduled duty day and at least thirty (30) minutes before the end of the employee’s scheduled duty day. b. Duty free lunch breaks shall be scheduled as close to the middle of the employee’s scheduled duty day, unless mutually agreed upon by the employee and the supervisor.
