Check-Ins at Regular Planning Commission and City Council Meetings – City staff will schedule check-ins and briefings with the Planning Commission and City Council. The goal is to use these check-ins to provide progress reports leading up to their respective work sessions and hearings.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

  • Agendas The parties will exchange agenda items 1 week prior to each meeting and the Chair will issue an agenda 1 week prior to each meeting. Background materials which may accompany an agenda item will be made available 1 week prior to the meeting to which they pertain.
