Handouts. The Speaker agrees to provide PDF master copies for handouts for each lecture via email to RVGS no later than 3 weeks prior to event. RVGS will produce the necessary handouts and make them available to participants. Handouts may not be further published, reproduced, sold, displayed online, or distributed to non- participants without the written permission of Speaker.
Handouts. Attendees request a copy of your power point presentation. To accommodate them, please provide us with a PDF version of your presentation. This will serve as a handout. If you have additional resources you would like to offer, please also send them to us as a PDF. Should you choose not to make your presentation available as a PDF, please provide an alternate handout. Handouts will be distributed electronically via the conference mobile app.
Handouts. Handouts are strongly recommended. Speakers with handouts have higher ratings. Attendees prefer to have copies of slides if the session includes a PowerPoint presentation. Maximum file size is 5 MB. It is the responsibility of the speaker to print and distribute handouts at the session.
Handouts. The Speaker must provide C&K a summary and outline of the Presentation for handout purposes 14 days before the Conference.
Handouts. You can submit a PowerPoint presentation or 1-10 pages which help, clarify or offer additional information about your topic; something, which will help the attendee, will be placed in the course syllabus. Please include 5 references for your handout. • Hand Out and/or PowerPoint slides are due by March 31, 2017 • Slide format will be sent to meet the conference theme. • If you are using PowerPoint, please send slides to be preloaded on laptop. LCD Projector is provided.

Handouts. You may specify that particular Content you submit is to be offered to Diimex’s sublicensees without charge (such Content being a Handout). Diimex will not charge its sublicensees for any sublicence of a Handout, however you must pay Diimex the amounts specified in the Pricing Guide for each sublicence granted by Diimex in relation to a Handout.
Handouts. If your presentation can be done without providing handouts please do so. Otherwise, you may hand-carry copies of your handout(s) with you or ship them directly to the hotel at your expense. For example, your handout might be a printed version of your PowerPoint presentation. Note that we will not be asking attendees to register for each session this year, so we will not have an estimated head count for your session in advance. If you bring handouts, be sure your handout is readable. You are strongly encouraged to place no more than two PowerPoint slides on each page of your handout to maximize readability. In no case should you have more than three PowerPoint slides on a page.
