The Broker Assistance clause outlines the responsibilities of a broker in facilitating a transaction between parties. Government will provide additional assistance as follows: Appropriate Government regulations and Forms Manual Inserts shall be made available for reading at the Government listing office during the normal working hours to BROKER and his/her licensed agents. The Government listing office shall conduct an appropriate instructional class at least twice annually for BROKER and his/her licensed agents. Date, time and place of instruction shall be announced by letter in advance.

If BuyerConsumer wants to negotiate a transaction on any of the above properties, Broker will: • use Broker’s professional knowledge and skills; • use diligent effort to show Consumer the above-described properties; • help Buyer determine Buyer’s financial capability and financing options; • assist Buyer Consumer in monitoring deadlinesnegotiating and closing any resulting transaction; and • cooperate with real estate licensees working with the seller owner, if any, to effect complete a transaction.

v. cooperate with real estate licensees, if any, working with the seller to affect a transaction. ▇▇▇▇▇ understands that even if ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is compensated by a seller or a real estate licensee who is working with a seller, such compensation does not compromise ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s duties to Buyer.

Broker Assistance. Broker will provide assistance in the formats listed below, and any other support deemed prudent by broker.
