Broker's Representations. To the best of the Broker's actual knowledge, the Broker represents that the Broker is the sole procuring cause of the Lease between the Landlord and the Tenant. The Broker represents that it is a real estate broker licensed by the State of New Jersey. The Broker represents that it has not dealt with any other real estate broker, salesperson, or finder with regard to the Tenant. The Broker shall defend, indemnify, and hold the Landlord harmless from any claims for fees or commissions from anyone with whom the Broker has dealt with regard to the Tenant, other than the Landlord.

Broker's Representations. Broker will not enter into any agreement that binds DTF. Broker may not take any action or make any representation which would cause any third party to reasonably believe that Broker is authorized to contract directly or indirectly on behalf of DTF.
