Bt Obligations. 4.1 BT shall:
4.1.1 provide such access to the BT Pathfinder System as is ordered by the Customer by means of:
(a) BT supplied router, private circuit and FrameStream service; or
(b) BT supplied private circuit and FrameStream service (the Customer to supply the router); or
(c) BT supplied FrameStream service (the Customer to supply the router and the private circuit); in accordance with BT’s standard retail conditions at the retail charges published from time to time in the BT Retail Price List. Any network access components supplied by the Customer shall be subject to prior agreement with BT;
4.1.2 permit the Customer on a non-exclusive basis, to have remote on-line access to the BT Pathfinder System by means of Work Station Access and by means of access provided pursuant to paragraph 4.1.1 linking such Work Station Access and the BT Pathfinder System for the sole purpose of the Customer providing a Directory Information Service;
4.1.3 provide a helpdesk facility to the Customer on a 24 hour per day, 365/6 day per year basis in accordance with BT’s standard procedures issued from time to time.
4.2 BT gives no warranty that the data on the BT Pathfinder System will be free from errors or inaccuracies. BT shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure the data supplied under the Pathfinder Service is accurate.
4.3 The BT Pathfinder System provided for access by the Customer in accordance with this Agreement will be available at all times except major failures or as a result of actions necessary to protect the BT System from unauthorised access. BT shall give the Customer as much online, written or oral notice of unplanned down time as is reasonably practicable. BT will restore Pathfinder Service as soon as reasonably practicable after suspension.
4.4 If BT wishes to make a change which materially affects the services set out in this Agreement, it shall do so in accordance with the agreed Change Control Process issued from time to time.
