Budget Adjustments The Grantee shall submit the Budget Adjustment Request [TJJD-FIS-304] to the Department for any adjustment to the original budget. The Grantee must receive written or electronic approval from the Department prior to expending the funds.
Cost Adjustments Both parties agree that contracted prices shall be fixed for the first 12 months of this Contract. Contractor must submit to District any proposed cost adjustments at least 60 days before the proposed effective date of such increases with a detailed explanation for each adjustment. District alone reserves the right to reject any changes to this Contract it deems unacceptable.
Market Adjustments 22. Neither this Article nor any other in this Collective Agreement prevents the Employer from using other funds to increase a Member’s salary in response to offers received from other employers or to accommodate other market forces.
Amendments and Changes The Contracting Parties may make amendments and changes to this Agreement by mutual consent Such amendments and changes shall be made in the form of additional protocols which, upon entry into force in the manner prescribed in Article 15, shall constitute an integral and inseparable part of this Agreement
GSA Changes Where NYS Net Prices are based on an approved GSA Schedule, the date the approved GSA Schedule pricing decreases during the Contract term; or
Prorations and Adjustments The following shall be prorated and adjusted between Seller and Buyer as of the Closing Date, except as otherwise specified:
Termination for Changes in Budget or Law The JBE’s payment obligations under this Agreement are subject to annual appropriation and the availability of funds. Expected or actual funding may be withdrawn, reduced, or limited prior to the expiration or other termination of this Agreement. Funding beyond the current appropriation year is conditioned upon appropriation of sufficient funds to support the activities described in this Agreement. The JBE may terminate this Agreement or limit Contractor’s Services (and reduce proportionately Contractor’s fees) upon Notice to Contractor without prejudice to any right or remedy of the JBE if: (i) expected or actual funding to compensate Contractor is withdrawn, reduced or limited; or (ii) the JBE determines that Contractor’s performance under this Agreement has become infeasible due to changes in applicable laws.
CLOSING COSTS AND ADJUSTMENTS All adjustments are made as of settlement date.
Minor Changes Within Sale Area, minor adjustments may be made in boundaries of cutting units or in the timber individually Marked for cutting when ac- ceptable to Purchaser and Forest Service.
Schedule Changes Employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be changed with prior notice from the Employer. Overtime-eligible employees shall receive fourteen (14) calendar days’ written notice of a permanent schedule change. Employees shall receive seven (7) calendar days’ notice of a temporary schedule change. A temporary schedule change is defined as lasting thirty (30) days or less. The day notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Adjustments in the hours of work of daily work shifts during a workweek do not constitute a schedule change. The Employer may adjust an overtime-eligible employee’s daily start and/or end time(s) by two (2) hours.
