Common use of Budget Considerations Clause in Contracts

Budget Considerations. By May 1st of each year, the Joint Committee will estimate the number of CTs needed for the following year and will communicate in writing that number to the Superintendent. If the cost for the stipends for the CTs, for the stipends for the Joint Committee members, and for the other required costs for the PAR program exceed the additional funding received from the State, the Superintendent may authorize the additional expenses or will notify the Joint Committee of the need for reductions. The Joint Committee will review the estimate of the number of CTs needed for the following year and shall reduce the number of CTs based on the following priorities:
