Term of Assignment. A CT shall be appointed for and agree to accept a one-year term, subject to annual renewal. Each Consulting Teacher shall be provided some release time from regular classroom duties, depending on need and funding for the Program.

Term of Assignment. This Agreement will not be construed to constitute a term certain for my period of consulting to Aviat US. I understand that my relationship with Aviat US is governed by the Independent Contractor Agreement between Aviat US and me.
Term of Assignment. 2.1 The Agreement takes effect as of the date of signature until the date when Baina Zhiyuan (Beijing) terminates the Agreement in writing or all the equity of the Target Company held by the Shareholders have been legally and effectively transferred to Baina Zhiyuan (Beijing) and / or the Nominee (namely, the entire equity of the Target Company has been placed under the name of Baina Zhiyuan (Beijing)/or the Nominee according to the registration of industrial and commercial authorities) or the date on which all assets of the Target Company have been legally and effectively transferred to Baina Zhiyuan (Beijing) and / or the Nominee;
2.2 The Shareholders may not transfer the equity (whether in part or in whole) they hold to any organizations or individuals other than Baina Zhiyuan (Beijing), save as such institution or individual is designated by Baina Zhiyuan (Beijing).
Term of Assignment. The term of the Consulting Teacher shall normally be one (1) year, renewable for a total of three (3) years. A teacher may not serve in the position for more than three (3) consecutive years. A Consulting Teacher may reapply after returning to the classroom for one (1) year. Upon completion of his or her service as a full-time released Consulting Teacher, a teacher shall have the same rights to be returned to a regular assignment as a teacher whose position has been abolished.
Term of Assignment. The initial term of this Agreement will begin on a date to be determined between the parties but no later than and will continue for ninety (90) days, ending on . Thereafter this Agreement and the assignment can be renewed, in writing, for an additional term TBD but at a minimum of thirty (30) days, by all parties. The initial term and all renewals shall collectively be referred to as the “term.”
